Kstopstocorbo Gíhm (Kstopsto /ˈcorbo/ [cauldron] [dynamics]) is a subtropical Small City located in the Màvēvāv Region of the Tetburland.

The name Kstopstocorbo Gíhm is derived from the Sylvin language, as Kstopstocorbo Gíhm was founded by Moggugret, who was culturaly Tauran.

Climate

Kstopstocorbo Gíhm has a yearly average temperature of 30°C (86°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a blistering 34°C (93°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a warm 27°C (80°F). Overview

Kstopstocorbo Gíhm was founded durring the early 14th century in summer of the year 1331, by Moggugret. The establishment of the new community went well, though many minor issues had to be solved as time went on. This was enough to delay construction and push back the formal opening ceramony, leading to some embarisment for Moggugret.

Kstopstocorbo Gíhm was built using the conventions of Tauran durring the early 14th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Kstopstocorbo Gíhm is no diffrent. The city's buildings feature timber framed wooden shiethed or brick construction, which gives form to a very formalized, rational, expence effishent arcatectural style based on strictly symmetrical designs which universaly feature pitched roofs, shutters, and the occasional column or pilaster for a decorative touch.

Kstopstocorbo Gíhm is buildings are arranged arrounded a highly ordered system of narrow flagstone streets which form triangular paterns, allowing the incides of the octagons to be common grounds for the buildings on the edges, be it for parkland, yardspace, plazas, or markets. Kstopstocorbo Gíhm has a Guild of Roadworkers, who are responsible for maintaining the roadways and public paths within town. They also have the duty of enforcing all civil laws relating to the roadways.

Kstopstocorbo Gíhm has a public schooling program overseen by the Hall of Sages who has the responsibility of ensuring access to affordable high-quality education in all basic classes (Reading, Writing, Mathmatics, General Sciences, General Arcana, and Social Education) is made available to all citizens.

Kstopstocorbo Gíhm has a public septic system, which allows its citizens to have indoor bathrooms. The septic system is overseen by the League of Sewerkeepers, who posses the legal authority to enforce all laws relating to the septic system, and are also tasked with its maintenance and upkeep.

Cultural Notes

The locals have cut a deal with some unspeakable entity, trading some form of tribute (benign of horrific) in exchange for the being’s forbearance or assistance. Outsiders may be ignorant of the bargain, or they may know that the community is in thrall but be too fearful of its master to take action against them. The creature likely serves as a protector as well as a tyrant, so the locals may be content with the deal even if it doesn’t offer any further inducement or aid.

Kstopstocorbo Gíhm's garrison was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used embraces individualism and experimentation. It emerged as a movement against traditional, classical styles and sought to make buildings dynamic and fun while breaking the rules. The style incorporated elements of previous architectural styles in exaggerated and whimsical ways. Traditional, conservative leanings were void in this era, with most scholars of architecture agreeing it was a time of “anything goes.”.

Due to the actions of local Kami, winter is recurring in Kstopstocorbo Gíhm.

The Mercane near Kstopstocorbo Gíhm are known to be almost tame, such that they can be put to domestic use.

Kstopstocorbo Gíhm's citizens partake in a curious ritual relating to their local kami. It takes place in spring and involves consuming a local toxin to channel Invocation energies of tier 1 via oratory performances.
